My husband and I had a great experience with Carol from the moment we met her to the day we closed. My husband and I were looking to move out of our apartment at some point and wanted to get our feet wet when it came to looking for a house. Completely inexperienced, we set out to visit many open houses or new builds where we were just handed a flyer, given the basic information and walked around still just as confused as when we walked in. We then ran into her again at another open house and she again, helped us understand a lot more. A couple days later we contacted Carol interested in having her be our realtor because she was the first to really help us. Best choice we could have made. Carol asked us what we were looking for and went to work. She really did her homework! We were given a number of properties to look at and she was with us every step of the way. She pointed out potential problems, structural concerns, neighborhood information, and much more. Within about two weeks we found and purchased our current home. She was with us again, every step of the way. She sat while we signed papers, clarified some terms, and was very supportive. Since this is a new build, she provided us with pictures as the build went along. She would stop in and make sure things were being built correctly. Fast forward to the final walk through and signing, despite all of the craziness and problems we ran into with the building process, she remained completely professional. Overall Carol is a great resource and I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell!

Carol helped us navigate the tricky CA market by providing excellent care, quick response times, and expertise of real estate transactions. The first house we put in an offer in and went into escrow with ended up being a bad deal, she was honest and pushed for ethical behaviors from all parties involved including the seller, the seller's realtor, the pest inspector and the roof inspectors.
